This table adds the sex-specific rural urban estimates from total state population to estimate age-group and sex specific rural and urban populations

The 2011 Census age-sex distribution of Goa, NE states and smaller UTs has been applied to total projected populations of these states given the the MOHFW report

Sex-specific Percentage Rural / urban comes from the MOHFW report for entire state all-age
